Jennifer Herzog is an associate lawyer at Bales Beall LLP, practicing in the areas of family law, estates and civil litigation.
In her estates litigation and family law practices, Jennifer listens with a compassionate heart and strives to achieve results quickly and efficiently. Jennifer believes that successful resolutions require a solid understanding of her clients’ rights and objectives, including financial, personal, family and emotional. Through effective negotiation and persuasive advocacy, Jennifer helps her clients meet their goals and get on with their lives.
Jennifer has a strong background in litigation, including professional negligence, government, commercial, and insurance defence litigation. She has worked with a wide variety of clients in such sectors as insurance, banking, retail and government. With a background of having represented various “Goliaths”, Jennifer now enjoys working with the “Davids”, including family-run and small businesses. Drawing on her experience in family and estates law, Jennifer is better able to understand the complexities that affect these companies. Jennifer works with her clients to learn their business and the issues that are particular to their cases. She maintains a client-centered philosophy and is committed to providing exceptional legal service.
A trained professional in Collaborative Family Law, she is a member of both Collaborative Practice Toronto and the Peel/Halton Collaborative Family Law Association. She is also a member of the Advocates’ Society.
When Jennifer is not working, she can be found playing peekaboo, singing songs and answering to the name of “Mommy”.
